Method 1: Using Power Shell Commands
You can use Windows PowerShell method to fix Windows 10 store issue problem. Powershell is a command-line tool to configure system settings and automate Windows tasks. By Turning off and on the Windows Store in Powershell can solve this issue. To use this method follow the steps
Step-1: Go to the start menu right click on it and then search for Windows Power Shell in the search box.
Step-2: Now select the Windows Power Shell option.
Step-3: After that, a Power Shell windows will open and there type the following command and then press the Enter button.
net stop wuauserv
In this way, the Windows update service will stop.
Step-4: Now to reopen the Windows update service type the following command and then press the Enter button again.
net start wuauserv
After that, the Windows update service will start again and the Windows store will get refreshed.
Method 2: Clean the Cache
Sometimes too much cache in your Windows Store apps could lead to it’s not functioning. Clearing the cache of the Store can help you to resolve issues and the process is quite easy just follow the steps below
Step-1: First you need to launch the Run prompt by pressing the Windows Key + R button combination from your keyboard.
Step-2: In the Run prompt enter wsreset.exe and press the Enter button
After the execution of this command, a blank Command Prompt window will open, but rest assured that it’s clearing the cache. In few seconds the window will close and the Store will open automatically.

Method 4: Disable the Current Proxy Setting
Sometimes using the proxy setting may stop the Store app from providing you services. In order to resume the service, you need to disable the proxy setting. To disable proxy setting follow the steps below
Step-1: Open the start menu and using the search box which is available at the bottom left of your desktop open Internet Options.
Step-2: Now under Internet Options choose the tab named Connection.
Step-3: Once you clicked on the connection tab you need to select the option LAN settings which you will find at the bottom.
Step-4: After that, a new pop-up will open where you have to uncheck the box just left to the option that says Use a Proxy server for your LAN.
Step-5: Finally click on the Ok button to finish the process.

Method 5: Troubleshoot Windows Update
Step-1: Open the start menu and type troubleshoot in the search box.
Step-2: Now click on the Troubleshooting option to open it.
Step-3: In the troubleshoot pop-up click on System & Security option
Step-4: Under this option click on Fix problem with Windows update
Step-5: Now you need to follow the onscreen prompts and test the Store app.
After the test is over your Store app will open automatically.
