Step-4: Now double click on the Policies option from the expanded list of Software.
Step-5: RIght click on the Windows option and then from the menu click on the New. Finally, click on the Key option to create a new key.
Step-6: Now to name this new key type Personalization and then hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
Step-7: After that, you have to right-click on the Personalization key that you have just created.
Step-8: Click on the New option and then click on DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Step-9: Once you clicked on the value now type NoLockScreen and then hit Enter button on your keyboard.
Step-10: Now double-click on the NoLockScreen DWORD that you have just created.
Step-11: Once you double click on it a new pop-up will open on the screen here type 1 in the Value data field and then click on the OK button to save the value.
If you want to re-enable the lock screen then in that case you need to change the DWORD value back to 0.

Steps to Disable the Lock Screen in Windows 10 Pro Edition
If you have Windows 10 pro edition on your computer then to disable the lock screen you can use the Group Policy editor. For this follow the step given below
Step-1: Click on the taskbar search box which is available at the left bottom of the desktop type gpedit and then press the Enter button from your keyboard.
Step-2: Once you press the Enter button a new Window will open and here you have to Double-click on the Administrative Templates which is available on the left pane of the screen.
Step-3: Now Double-click on the Control Panel folder and then click on the Personalization option.
Step-4: After that double-click on the Do not display the lock screen option. once you double click on it a new pop-up will open.
Step-5: Now in this new pop-up you have to click on the radio button which is next to the option Enabled.
Step-6: Once you have selected the enabled option now click on the Apply button to apply the changes and then finally click on the OK button to save these changes.
