Step-1: First you have to open the Setting application by clicking its icon in the left-side of the Start menu or you can open it by pressing Windows logo key + I key together at the same time from your keyboard.

Step-2: Once the setting app is launched now on the home screen of the setting application you have to click on the Ease of Access option.

Step-3: Now you have to click on the Keyboard option which is available on the left pane of the screen.

Step-4: After you click on keyboard option now on the right side of the page under On-Screen Keyboard section you have to turn ON the toggle switch which is right under the option Turns on the on-screen keyboard.

Step-1: Click on the taskbar search box then type Control Panel and then press the Enter button to open the Control Panel on your computer.

Alternatively, you can also open the Control Panel by right click on the start menu and from the menu select Control Panel option.

Step-4: Now under the Make your computer easy to use section you have to click on start On-Screen Keyboard option to open the same.

Step-1: First you have to open the Run command box by pressing Windows logo and R keys together at the same time.

Step-2: Now in the run command box type OSK (no need to type in caps) and then press Enter button.

Step-3: Once you press the Enter button the On-screen keyboard will be open on your screen.

To open the On-screen keyboard using Command Prompt then follow the steps given below

Step-1: Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key + R button together at the same time. Now here type cmd.exe and then hit the Enter button to open the Command Prompt.

Step-2: Now in the command prompt type OSK and then press the Enter button to execute the command.
