The new Google Chromecast is the simple Plug and Play internet streaming device like Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, and Roku Streaming Stick. Unlike its competitors, the Chromecast doesn’t come with a remote or even an interface of its own. For proper functioning of Chromecast, you have to use another device like Android phone, iPhone, or a PC will.
By default, the Chromecast will not stream content via your controlling device. You can only send the link to Chromecast and it will take care of the streaming. So, you can easily access TV shows, movies, songs and more through apps like Netflix, YouTube and Google Play. This not only frees up your smartphone for other things, but it also helps save battery life.
With the help of the Cast Screen feature available in all the devices, you can easily Mirror your Android or iPhone Screen and also mirror any website and enjoy your Phone’s content on the big screen. But, every device has a disadvantage. This device is not meant for a sit-back-and-relax kind of experience. But, the selling point of this device is its price. Yes, it costs very less than Amazon Fire Stick and its other rivals.
So, in this article, I am going to give you the detailed information about How to Setup and Use Google Chromecast. Now, let’s start with the steps to operate this device.
