Step:1 Press the Windows key + X on the keyboard to open the Power User menu, and click on Network Connections.

Step:4 Make sure to check the mark on Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). In my case, it has already ticked. If it is not checked then make sure to check it and press OK.
This is the basic steps to regenerate the homegroup. Just, make sure all your devices are running on Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). If you follow the above steps then all should happen great.

Step:1 First, search the Homegroup in the Start menu and press the enter.
Step:2 In the Homegroup window, click the Change Network Location link and click the Yes button in the pane that appears on the right.
Step:3 Now Click on the Create a homegroup.
Step:4 It would ask some sort of questions just press Yes and move ahead.
Step:5 Now, Choose what you want to share on the network, just choose files and devices you want to share, and set permission levels. It’s up to you what you want to share, simply tick the options and click on next.
Step:6 The next dialog box will appear which will present with a HomeGroup password, as shown in the screenshot below. Write your password or learn it. If you ever forget your homegroup password, you can view or change it by opening HomeGroup in Control Panel.
Step:7 Now Click on Finish to complete the setup.
Add Another PC to Your Homegroup
To join a homegroup, follow these steps on the PC that you want to add to the homegroup
Step:1 Open HomeGroup by typing homegroup in the search box on the taskbar, and then selecting HomeGroup.
Step:2 Select Join now and press the Next.
Step:3 Select the libraries and devices you want to share with the homegroup and then select Next.
Step:4 Type the homegroup password in the box and then select Next.`
Step:5 Now Press Finish to complete the setup.
